I'm a 44 year old male who 3 months ago was diagnosed

as having

 

Type 2 diabetes.

A vitamin D deficiency.

and

severe depression.

 

All on the same day. which was not a great day.

 

So I'm creating this blog so I have somewhere to rant and howl and ramble and complain with out it affecting those I care about around me.
